(Source: BuilderOnline): The developer of the Wickenburg Ranch Master Plan announced Thursday that two new builders will add 62 Estate series homes in a new 55-acre neighborhood dubbed Outlaw.
The master-planned community currently offers homes built by Shea Homes and will now also offer semi-customizable homes built by CSE & Associates and Mandalay Homes. The new luxury builders will build 62 homes within a 55-acre parcel of the property, featuring larger more private lots that range from 10,000-45,000 square feet. Each builder will construct 31 homes, offering multiple structural and design options including recreational vehicle garages, in the new neighborhood.
Wickenburg Ranch offers home buyers championship golf and a five-star resort club overlooking the golf course and serene desert terrain.

Every home built at Wickenburg Ranch will be built at a 20 HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score or less as a standard feature, meaning energy costs will be incredibly low. Additionally, the new Interactive floor plans allow buyers to customize their home according to their lifestyle, with expanded great rooms, outdoor living, guest quarters, multi-generational suites, and a variety of garage options, including hobby and RV garages.
Mandalay Homes will offer three home designs at Wickenburg Ranch with livable space ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 square feet. Construction on spec homes is expected to begin in October, and model homes are estimated to open in February 2018.
